The Corner

Overview

The Corner Apartments are conveniently located on Main Street in Ferndale, near I-5 and the WTA Ferndale Station. This 66-unit community offers a variety of floor plans, including two-bedroom apartments, studios, loft-style studios, and live-work units. Apartments feature open floor plans, in-unit washers and dryers, electric stovetops, dishwashers, refrigerators, electric heat, and air conditioning. The building also offers controlled FOB access and a comfortable common area on the main floor. Residents pay a $70 monthly utility fee covering water, sewer, garbage, recycling, and electricity. Tenants are responsible for internet, phone, and Wi-Fi services. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of two pets per household. A $250 refundable pet deposit and current rabies vaccination documentation are required. Surface parking is available for $30 per space per month. EV charging is also available and managed through the ChargeLab app. Additional charges include a $50 screening fee per applicant and $13 per month for renters liability insurance. Residents may opt out of the insurance charge by providing proof of qualifying coverage. When applicable, a holding fee may be required for move-in dates scheduled more than 14 days after approval. The holding fee is applied toward the security deposit at move-in and may be nonrefundable if the applicant does not complete the move-in. First months rent, the remaining security deposit, insurance, and any applicable fees are due before move-in. Photos may not depict the exact available apartment.
