Overview

Michigan Street Townhomes are located in a quiet, well-maintained neighborhood just three minutes from Barkley Village, with easy access to shopping, dining, and bus lines. Each exterior-entry unit features a spacious living room with an attached dining area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a private deck, and an in-unit washer and dryer. All units include either a single or double-car garage, with some additional guest parking available. Rent covers water and sewer; tenants are responsible for electricity, natural gas, internet, phone, Wi-Fi, and garbage recycling. No pets are allowed (service animals permitted with verification). Fees include a $50 screening fee per applicant and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A holding deposit (25% of rent) is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit and non-refundable if applicants don't move in.
