Property overview

The Maple Apartments offer comfortable 2-bedroom, 1-bath units conveniently located near downtown Bellingham, Western Washington University, and the WTA bus line. Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, secure front door entry, free on-site laundry, and optional basement storage lockers. Rent covers water, sewer, and garbage recycling, while tenants are responsible for electricity, internet, phone, and Wi-Fi. Each unit comes with one covered parking spot, and additional on-site parking is available. Pets are not allowed, though service animals are permitted with proper verification. Fees include a $50 screening fee per person and renter's liability insurance at $13 per month (opt-out available with proof of coverage). A $250 holding deposit is required if the move-in date is more than 14 days after lease signing, deducted from the security deposit at move-in but non-refundable if applicants do not move in.
